UPDATE: Dad finally got Madalyn down around 7:30 pm. Mom and baby can start to get caught up on their sleep now.

We've received positive feedback regarding the blog and we're glad that everyone seems to be enjoying it. You may need to create a Google account to become a "follower" of the blog but it is a relatively painless process. Don't be afraid to give them your personal information and create an account, they probably already have it anyway!

ReplyDeleteNothing like the 5 Ss, especially the swaddling. We really had to practice getting the swaddle tight enough, but when we did, it was AWESOME for Lincoln. Hope it works for Madalyn as well!
My niece is the cutest thing!! :)
Love Dr. Karp! We still swaddle at 4 months; she loves it! We ended up getting those velcro swaddlers because Stella would always kick herself out and wake up.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work, Katie! I had some serious thoughts of leaving and not coming back due to sleep deprivation the first 6 weeks. It's the hardest thing in the world if you're doing it right.
She is the most precious thing!!! You're in the trenches right now but once she smiles at you it's well worth it!!!! Sending you lots of strength and love :)
